Led by Amanda Jayne O'Hare. late recognised AuDHD and cPTSD single mum from pregnancy to her also autistic daughter, she has spent 15 years in the fitness, nutrition and wellbeing industries. Formerly National PT Ambassador for Fitness First UK she has also contributed as a health and fitness expert in magazines and newspapers such as Womens Running, Fit & Well, Womens Health, InStyle Online and more. Quite often finding that she'd be bending the rules of what she'd learn when they just didn't apply to her own ,or her clients needs. When she found out about being autistic and ADHD it all made sense.

In this workshop Amanda shares ideas from both her professional and personal experience on how to tailor your personal health and fitness goals and plans to incorporate and celebrate the days where rest is a priority and how to leverage the days when energy and motivation is high to create resources; mental and physical; to support you in the days when things are heavier.
