Being both autistic and ADHD I know very well how it can be to crave routine and impulse simultaneously! This is no exception when it comes to food choices! Throw in the times where you forget to eat, want to eat the same thing for months on end and other times where you’re drawn to ‘all the wrong things’ cross it with the messages of diet culture and the desire to be body positive and fuck me - it gets loud. So loud, you think, fuck it, I’ll just not look at it and it’ll go away. I’ve been there my friend. 

As an AuDHD Business Owner, you can be juggling so many things at once that eating in a way that supports your energy can feel like another annoyance on your to do list, but you also know that not eating and not eating well robs you of the very energy that makes you and your business so damn magnetic. With the ADHD impulsivity, it’s easy to go  or nothing and go on an overhaul - but this isn’t overwhelms your autistic need for routine and certainty - and you find yourself in a state of all or nothing and food has become stressful when it used to be one of your primary sensory joys.  WTF?!?

With 16+ Years Experience within the Fitness Industry as a Personal Trainer and Class instructor working with clients across all walks of life, Mothers, Police Officers, Doctors, workers within The Financial District in London, International and Celebrity Clients. 

As Former National PT Representative for Fitness First UK she has been featured in Women’s Health, Women’s Running, Fit&Well and more as a Health and Fitness Expert. In 2015  wrote and delivered the Official Pre-Race Prep Coaching Course for The Royal Parks Half Marathon in London

Amanda lives in Scotland with her daughter and enjoys running, lifting, trying out all the gyms and doing crafts and doing puzzles in her living room to bring her joy.
